As you step inside, the inviting atmosphere greets you with a sense of peace reminiscent of a rustic cabin. The smell of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the air, beckoning coffee enthusiasts to explore their delectable offerings. The café specializes in a variety of hot drinks crafted from Mayfly Coffee, locally roasted in nearby Signal Mountain. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic 16 oz Hot Mayfly Coffee ($3.99) or the indulgent, seasonal Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino ($5.99), you can savor the rich, bold flavors that make each sip a warm hug in a cup.

If you're craving something to eat, Castle Cafe's menu boasts an array of satisfying options perfect for lunch or dinner. The Grilled Chicken Salad, featuring a seasoned, warm chicken breast atop a fresh spring mix with vibrant tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and creamy dressing, is a delightful choice for those looking for a light meal that doesn’t skimp on flavor. Alternatively, the Chef Salad, adorned with a medley of smoked turkey and ham, garners praise for its abundant, fresh ingredients.

For pizza lovers, their flatbread pepperoni pizza offers a satisfying blend of flavors, although some guests find it a tad saucy. Many customers, like Renee Campbell, appreciate the overall great value, especially given its tourist-friendly location and the beautiful scenery that surrounds the cafe. One can enjoy their meal while gazing at the magnificent falls nearby, creating a truly memorable dining experience.

While some may find the ordering process slightly unconventional—combining a kiosk for ordering with a pickup system—many agree that the cozy ambiance makes it worth a visit. Derrick Rgrs noted the nostalgic cabin vibes that create a unique dining atmosphere, complemented with an interesting self-pour beer option that encourages camaraderie amongst patrons.

Whether you're stopping in for a quick caffeine fix, enjoying a leisurely lunch on the patio, or winding down with friends over flatbread and beverages, Castle Cafe offers a delightful escape with mouthwatering offerings and an inviting community spirit. Be sure to visit soon and indulge in the local flavors and stunning views that make this cafe a must-visit stop in Chattanooga!

Not a bad meal for the price. My salad was excellent. The flatbread pizza was good as well although a bit saucy for my grandson’s taste. My husband did not think the chili was great. Overall a good deal for the price especially considering it is a tourist destination. The scenery is beautiful and the falls was magnificent (according to my daughter and grandson) The guides speaking part was better than the recording/videos.

For the cafe, pepperoni pizza (flatbread) was good, lemonade is too sweet and skippable. Beer on tap was interesting and you pour it yourself. Be ready to wait though when it’s busy during lunch time.

There's not a lot of service since you order from a kiosk, get a text when your food is ready, and then you go pick up the food from the counter. Great atmosphere giving you cozy cabin vibes. The prices are okay for an attraction eatery.
